A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, I worked at the Farmer Home Administration, now Rural Development. I worked at several mortgage banks until 2010. Since 1988, I have been a licensed real estate broker (License #4394) with 37 years of experience in real estate, property development, and the sale of houses, apartments, farms, lots, buildings, and investment properties. We have been selling foreclosed properties from Banco Popular for several years and also rent houses and commercial spaces. We resolve issues with government agencies such as CRIM, the Treasury Department, and the Property Registry. We provide guidance in obtaining the best financing for purchasing houses, apartments, buildings, and farms. We analyze properties using sales records and property condition to determine the fairest market price. We provide guidance on new Puerto Rican laws related to property sales and subsidies from Banco de la Vivienda and R-3.
